How to start a new topic

The Home page of the Forum shows the "Board" topics. Those are the general topics. First, make sure you are registered as a member and logged in. If you click on the Title (ie: Specific Health Challenges) you will see the sub-topics. At this point, if you would like to start a new topic, you click on "New Topic" in the green navigation bar at the right. You can only start a new sub-topic, not a new board (general) topic. Follow the prompts and post away!

Because of the assault by spammers, the topics now have to go through an extra step to get approved. thanks for your patience!
