Shred one large carrot and one large apple (or two and two) into glass bowl with a cheese grater. (it helps to section the apple and grate the sections, skin on.)
Add 2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil,
1 Tbs rice vinager
1 Tbs Braggs sesame dressing (or whip up some EVOO, braggs and apple cider vinegar)
Salt and pepper to taste

this salad is even better the next day!
